We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shoes must be returned in their original box and show no signs of court wear.

Are the tennis balls sold in bulk eligible for free shipping?
Due to the weight and volume of tennis ball cases, they are subject to a fixed shipping surcharge and may not qualify for standard free shipping promotions.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance rackets?
All rackets come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover string breakage or damage caused by accidental impact with the court.
